ppint. ● 9th Jan 2025		Book Leon Uris - Exodus (1970)	this corgi p/b edition saw many reprints, with rising cover price(s); it initially bears an sbn on the spine and in the indicia, but not an isbn: 552 08384-4 the sbn was retained through the reprint i'm currently holding, which is stated to be the bantam and corgi books twenty-sixth printing: it is highly unlikely that it was *both* publisher's twenty-sixth printing, a) as it is a corgi book, and nowhere else bears the bantam (or bantam books) name, and b) as there's no reason to imagine that their new editions - and reprints thereof - were kept in step with one another. more details from the various corgi books uk p/b editions' & printing's indicias will be needed before this can be sorted out - and likewise for the merkin bantam books mmpb editions & printings.
