ppint. 10th Dec 2023		Book Michael Moorcock - Phoenix In Obsidian (1970)	notes section: this book does not bear an ssn, and this should be deleted. edit 22:30: instead ssn has been changed to sbn; but it is still incorrect and should still be deleted edit 13/12/23: the figure in the notes: section has now been corrected to the sbn, but is not in bookcat's format for isbn13ses, isbn10ses or, presumably, sbnses, excluding spaces (and dashes). the sbn has needlessly been removed from the isbn10 field, though it is compatible with the isbn10. later printings by granada publishing / the granada group are liable to bear the isbn10 derived from the sbn by the prepending of a ''0'', which does not affect aught arithmetically.

Edmondson - The Ship That Sailed The Time Stream (1970)	ace books mmpb undated°, unknown ordinality of printing but at least the second printing† cover art by frank kelly freas (unsigned, uncredited; was confirmed by his agent who possessed the signed painting) cover price 75¢ 192pp. including titles, indicia etc, end pp. advertising ° - entered date year of publication of this printing taken from locus #69, 8/12/1970 † - if the ace books five-digit system were being operated consistently, M-109 would've been deemed to've been a five-digit cat# ending in 0 or in 5, if there were stocks remaining when the system was introduced in 1970, and each subsequent printing would have incremented this number by one; if there was zero stock of the first printing at the inception of the five-digit system, and it was no longer on the catalog/order form (was ''out of print''), the first reprinting would've been allocated a first printing cat#, and subsequent printings incremented this number by one each time. the cat# of the next known printing is 76092; so 76094 could simply've been an error for 76091...‡ (‡ - but there is, however, (a small amount of) evidence suggesting the very first ace five-digit cat#s were allocated *before* the rules of the ace books five-digit cat# system were fully worked out. . .)
