 Usually when I come across books marked "General" it is by way of a sticker as General was only the distributor to Canada, not the printer (i.e., remove the sticker and the book has no difference to any sold in the UK; in fact I will be indexing one shortly. This is the first time I have actually encountered a book that has had General act as publisher, to the point of replacing the original UK with their own imprint and ISBN.
