Back cover scan added. Apologies for the obscuring bookstore sticker; the store uses these massive stickers that can only be removed by slathering the book with Goo Gone or some other stuff. I've had very mixed (as in book-ruining) experiences attempting to remove these so I haven't attempted to remove this one. Consider it a placeholder under someone with a clean copy can upload a scan.
Re: the notes about authors: the format used is correct as per the style guide for this site that says to use "Various Authors" and then list them all on one line. Otherwise we're passing judgement as to who the lead author is. The "co-author" field is meant for when there is clearly a lead author and a secondary writer, such as when an autobiography credits the person in question, but a second writer gets credited in smaller print, or only on the title page. I have also seen the field used for illustrated works to credit the illustrator(s) but I'm not seeing consistency on that.
the first doctor's handbook is a totally separate book from the second doctor's handbook: bookcat should surely discriminate between books with different subtitles - shouldn't it?
edit: bookcat does not discriminate between differently-subtitled books sharing the same (main) title.
