23skidoo 30th Sep 2022		@JPGR&B No worries. And I find it interesting to learn the working/announced title for this book was different, so that's cool too. And "Double O" does appear to be treated as a subtitle on the title page, so I added that in accordingly.

23skidoo 30th Sep 2022		I'm just about to index the paperback edition, but I'll be indexing it as Double or Nothing which is the title as per the title page. Double O is the subtitle, and I believe that to be the case for the hardcover. Double O was the announced title - likely the title of the story arc as this is meant to be a trilogy. But the book itself is Double or Nothing.
