 daw books near-identical simultaneous mmpb third printings sharing merkin-printed covers,

cover art by greg theakston (credited, signed)
b+w frontispiece by jack gaughan retained from first edition
176pp. including titles, indica etc, end pp. advertising
cover price varies:
cover price $1.75 cover price (canadadian-printed carcasses for distribution north of the parallel)
cover price $1.50 (wholly merkin-printed copies for general distribution)

indica printing history shows first two digits removed from number string, so one of the simultaneous first printings has retrospectively been deemed to've been the second printing
neither bears the first printings' daw collectors number.
