Undated companion book to the opera, most likely 1976, the year it debuted. Text in English, Italian and French. Includes excerpts of the texts by Knowles featured in the opera, though Knowles is not credited on the title page. Choreographer Andrew de Groat is also credited on title page. Edition indexed originally published with a signed image plate; also published in a limited edition of 100 copies signed by Wilson, Glass and de Groat. Note: This is a different book from "Einstein on the Beach" (by the same authors) published in 2012.

23skidoo 21st Sep 2022		A Christopher Knowles is already indexed as having written a travel book; that's why the system is listing him first though correctly Wilson, then Glass, then Knowles should be the credit order (Knowles is only credited on interior pages). I'm endeavouring to confirm if this is the same person (not impossible). EDIT: Appears to be a different person so I've submitted a correction on the author name to add a disambiguation. No cover scan possible by me as the edition I indexed is a re-bound library copy.
