Covers and spine credit only Scholastic as publisher, however the interior title page and copyright page identify Bantam Books as publisher; likely a "repackaging" of the Bantam edition for the Scholastic Book Fair market. No ISBN-10 on covers, but listed on copyright page and likely the same as the Bantam-cover printing. 138 pages, including 16-page colour photo insert with images from the film.
