23skidoo ● 7th Mar 2022		I believe the use of "and" on the 1976 printing's cover was a definite error. The math doesn't work out, for one thing - which is why Doctor Who: The Three Doctors was I believe the first of the Target novelizations not to use the "Doctor Who and ..." title format. 23skidoo ● 7th Mar 2022		@ppint. A bit late on the reply (3 years!) but my opinion is no to listing it as first published in 2012. There are many examples of books being republished with intros and additional material, but not enough to justify it as a new book. If this is a revised/rewritten text then that's different. There are actually several books in the "New Target" line that do qualify as new books because they're rewrites/revisions - see Revelation of the Daleks, Resurrection of the Daleks, and The Pirate Planet (all from 2021) which when republished under New Target were noted as being new versions of the novelizations previously published in hardcover, so when I indexed then I treated them as new books.
