annaloog ● 8th Dec 2022		JMO, but (assuming I am reading it correctly) I'd think that the publisher is Областное Книгоиздательство (Oblastnoe Knigoizdatelstvo = Regional Book Publishing), and Stalingrad was the publisher's location.
