23skidoo 9th Jun 2022		Reading up a bit about this, turns out the short stories weren't commissioned by Souvenir Press (unlike the novels) but were published the previous year in a newspaper (back when they ran fiction!). So that likely explains why there was no Souvenir Press edition initially (and possibly not until the 2010 reissues). The only hardcover I know of was by Mysterious Press in 1986 but I haven't seen a copy of it for years.
