 Question on the publisher, Hodder was that an imprint of Hodder and Stoughton or separate in 1960 ? - unlikely as its been that since 1868. So, is the rules the legal publisher or the imprint run name on the books ?

 "The Saint in London" was first published as "The Misfortunes of Mr. Teal". Another alternate title is "The Saint in England."
