23skidoo 6th Jun 2021		My copy apparently had a CD or DVD attached to the inside back cover that went missing before I got the book. I haven't been able to find any info online as to what the CD contained, so maybe someone else can fill in that blank. Book size too big for my scanner so I can't provide an acceptable cover scan at this time. Again, maybe someone with an office-grade scanner might be able to provide.
