OldMod67 12th Oct 2020		Cover images added. I devoured this when I got it and seems I liked it so much I put a rub-on transfer of a gun on Urko's helmet....



ppint. 16th Aug 2019		brown, watson ltd. were the publishers of digit books in the fifties and sixties, so quite a significant uk paperback publishers, but they failed to match the transformation that hamilton & co. (stafford) performed by turning themselves into panther books ltd., instead selling the contract and back-list of their single biggest writing asset (j. t. edson) to transworld publishers, and going through "interesting changes" leaving them a fading imprint owned and controlled by a concern content to use the name on low end annuals distributed mainly by news wholesalers through newsagents, stationers and sweetshop/tobacconists, brightly-coloured but very thin books for young children, and similar.



OldMod67 16th Aug 2019		No ISBN or codes. No cover date for annual, although I assume I got it Christmas 1975. My parents missed clipping the price on this one though; 95p!
