OldMod67 22nd Mar 2017		I left my copy at my local record shop when I moved into the book trade (1988). I went back a while later but unfortunately it had been thumbed to death and pages were MIA... I was as gutted as the book...



Magic Marmalade 4th Dec 2015		Welcome. I'm sure people have most of them lying around someplace which could be added. I've always thought that a great special edition of this would be to have one that agglomerates (Right word... or have I wandered out of the depth of my vocalaboratory?) all the values from all editions to show the most consistently valuable records of all time. Would probably make a good article for the mag at any rate. As when I dropped out of record collecting around 1994, Back To The Egg piccie disc was top of the tree as I seem to remember it selling for 9 thousand or so, but although still valuable and rare, it doesn't seem to have held up that well, and (maybe I'm wrong) but the whole Vertigo Swirl thing has happened since. I think the next one ought to just bite the bullet and issue separate editions for 45s and albums etc. Free up space for more to be included in each, in terms of entries, and info.

Graham7 1st Dec 2015		Just added my 2 editions. £200's worth went up to £700 in 1994, and £5,000 for a first pressing in 2014 (published 2012). There are 3 pages on The Beatles in 1994, rising to 9 pages in 2014.
