ppint. 2nd Nov 2018		apparently the only novelisation published. a vague, more-or-less science-fictional set-up, with individual storylines that seemed rather more fantasy, weird fantasy or horror fantasy in nature. iirc, nothing was ever really definitively settled as to quite what was happening, or why, or how joanna lumley & david mccallum's characters determine the principles or priorities for repairing (?) or remedying the breakdowns in (?) reality or causality they tackle. i'm not at all sure peter hammond was ever clear about these things to anyone, possibly including himself.
