23skidoo 12th Mar 2024		This book has a special place in my collection. I bought it when it first came out and it was the first time I'd ever read a book featuring a complete movie script the way it was presented here (I was only 10). The script featured scenes that were not in the film and was loaded with concept drawings (this was the first time I learned of "The Star Wars", Lucas' very different original vision) and the book also has many images of posters and other promotions for non-English-speaking countries. I learned a lot about how movies were made reading this. There was a later book on the making of Empire Strikes back that was sort of similar but never went into this level of detail. As far as I know there wasn't anything like this for Return of the Jedi.
