I have a copy of this (added back cover scan) and per your question about Canadian printing, the copyright page confirms a Canadian printing simultaneous to the American (my copy is U.S. - and autographed by Anderson, too). Book was incorrectly listed under Non-fiction; submitted correction to Fantasy.
