ppint. 24th Apr 2018		cat# is wrong and should be deleted. the cat# is the UT, UQ, UY, UW, UE, or UJ -prefixed two letters-and-four-digits string by which daw books could be ordered from the nal catalog(ue), not the - almost meaningless - daw book number (later the collector number), which not all daw books bore or were ever allocated, was sometimes changed on later republications, but often not, sometimes - mostly - left off subsequent printings, which was not given on the nal catalog, stocklist or order form - and by which daw books could not be ordered from nal, nor any other distributor.
