David Whiteley 10th Nov 2021		While I was in London on Monday I took the opportunity to visit the British Library and have a look at the Paul McCartney: The Lyrics exhibition. It was fab to see such legendary lyrics which had been scrawled on scraps of paper. On display are about twenty original documents which include the lyrics to "Yesterday", "Hey Jude" and "Mull of Kintyre" and relating photographs, plus the two volumes of "Paul McCartney: The Lyrics" to inspect. It's well worth a look for any Beatles fan, if you are in London. See photos. Please feel free to hide photos if they'r not wanted .

To accompany the new book, the British Library has announced it will host a free display entitled Paul McCartney: The Lyrics (5 November 2021 – 13 March 2022), which will celebrate the songwriter and performer and feature previously unseen lyrics from his personal archive.
