ppint. 12th Feb 2019		translation by john brunner of "les seigneurs de la guerre" (robert laffont, 1970), q.v. so first published date is wrong and should be corrected to 1970 near-identical editions/printings sharing merkin-printed covers, and hence also cat#, cover art by karel thole (credited) b+w frontispiece by jack gaughan (signed with his jg monogram) near-meaningless daw books number 93 cover price 95¢ 192pp. including titles, indica etc. refer to indica to see if carcass of copy held was canadadian- or merkin-printed. no priority established nor liable to be, both bear first printing month & year date and number-string, 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
