Richard Lancelyn Green is credited as the book's compiler/editor, however as his introduction to the book runs for approximately 136 pages (more than a quarter of its 400 pages), he can correctly be listed as a co-author. Also includes essays and reviews by J. M. Barrie, Joseph Bell and Beverley Nichols.

23skidoo 14th Mar 2021		As I indicated in the notes, although Green is nominally credited on the book as its compiler/editor, I have taken a judgement call and given him co-author credit because more than 25% of the book is taken up by his introduction - at about 135 pages, it's a book by itself. And that doesn't count his additional editorial comment elsewhere in the book.
