Although the film title is hyphenated, and is displayed as such on the back cover, the front cover, spine and title page do not display a hyphen; nor does the OCLC listing.

ppint. 26th Sep 2020		(i)sbn is^W was wrong and should^W has been deleted: does not bear an isbn nor an sbn on spine or cover. the number-string quoted in notes is neither an isbn nor an sbn. not actually a novel about film - or the cinema - in any way, shape or form, so 'genre: cinema' is wrong.
ppint. 26th Sep 2020		simultaneous near-identical first mmpb printings, first (incomplete) edition sharing merkin-printed covers, and hence also: cover art from film still cover price 75¢ 160pp. including titles, indica etc. refer to printing history to see if carcass of copy held was canadian- or merkin- printed no priority established nor liable to be, both stating first printing: april, 1971 ben bova, established author of traditional, "hard" sf (and editor of the equally traditional, "hard" sf magazine, analog after the death of john campbell, jr.), was reportedly mystified by his receipt of a message from a friendly fellow sf author and editor with a decidedly more radical approach to sf, congratulating him for the publication of his latest, "new wave" sf novel; upon investigation, ben bova discovered that it had been published incomplete: the final three pp. of his ms. (typescript) novel had accidentally omitted...
