gregs45s SUBS 18th Dec 2017		I've put in a request to change this to "Europe",as this issue with the secondary Cat.No. "7567-80415-2 KA" was only issued within Europe(see Discogs)(have just added the International release which just uses 7567-80415-2).
fixbutte 28th Mar 2014		This double CD was a condensed version of a four-CD boxed set with 54 tracks, released at the same time. As I have just learned from a book of 1992 (Rock On CD: The Essential Guide by David Sinclair), it was deleted soon after the release – and the boxed set which was just titled Led Zeppelin became unoffically, and very confusingly, known as Remasters.
nboldock 28th Mar 2014		Aye I remember this coming out well - my mate (who lived next door to me) got it for his birthday I think and we used to listen to it in his bedroom. Probably my first real introduction to Led Zep, I should think. I was only just about to turn 15 when this comp came out. I seem to recall it was heavily advertised on TV (or have I imagined that?).
fixbutte 28th Mar 2014		Finally introducing this rather obscure combo to 45worlds CD Albums, whereas their great role model, Dread Zeppelin, is already represented here on five CDs. Joking apart, this was one of my first favorite bands in 1970/71 (I had a band poster hanging on the wall), and I was an early purchaser of Led Zeppelin IV, the runes album, a few weeks after it came out. However, I somehow lost my interest in the band the bigger it got, and there were no LZ LPs subsequently. Still I was well disposed towards the band, and when this collection of often heard favorites was pushed onto the CD market, I couldn't help grabbing it.
