1-14 feature Bill Haley's Comets, a version of the group featuring Al Rappa and Joey Welz, who worked with Haley in the 1960s, in new recordings. Some songwriting credits for these are erroneous so correct names are used in the indexing (i.e. Welz listed as co-writer of "Rock Around the Clock").

15-17 are by Bill Haley's Comets, a different contingent of Comets from 1981-1983 that featured Franny Beecher, Dave Holly, Welz and Rappa.

18-19 are by Joey Welz featuring Al Rex on bass (Comets 1951; 1956-1958).

20 is by Joey Welz with backing by Nick Nastos (Comets guitarist, 1964-1974)

23skidoo 2nd Apr 2015		When indexing, I neglected to note that Track 20 also features Comets drummer Dave Holly. Originally thought to have been recorded in the mid-1960s it now appears to be of later vintage. Track 16, an instrumental, appears to be an alternate take to the version released on a single for Music City Records in 1983. Track 17 is also known as Franny's Medley (the title it was released under when later re-recorded by another version of the Comets). (This comment has been edited to remove erroneous information.)
