mister_tmg 4th Feb 2016		I have the CD now. The Terry Thomas tracks are licensed from the masters and thus in good sound, as you'd expect.



Bodston SUBS 15th Jan 2016		Terry-Thomas famously had a hyphen between his names. Does the CD have the hyphen or not? I have edited the artist to include it anyway. From Wikipedia: Terry-Thomas Quote: He did not add the hyphen until 1947, and later explained that it was "not for snob reasons but to tie the two names together. They didn't mean much apart; together they made a trade name": the hyphen was also "to match the gap in his front teeth".



mister_tmg 13th Jan 2016		Very true! Are you able to tell me what the sound quality on Track 15, Disc 2: Terry Thomas - Lay Down Your Arms? Does it sound like it's from a master tape or the original 78/45? I'm wondering if they licensed the track, or did a Public Domain dub. It hasn't been on any other CD.
