Discogs has a Canadian entry, which shows EMI Music Canada on the inserts and the discs. There does not appear to have been a USA release - nothing in Discogs, and no listing in Schwann catalogues, though the latter sometimes missed things (or wasn't sent the information?), so it can't be relied on 100%.
According to the listing for Kate Bush on TV Tropes, this box set was not available in Canada or the US due to licensing issues. But I recall buying this in Saskatoon, though it was an import as you can see this is marked as a UK release. Can anyone confirm this set wasn't issued in North America?
The image of the Japanese version of this set shows it to be identical to this version, so with thanks to the person who took the image and uploaded it originally, I've uploaded it here too since there's no need to reinvent the wheel on this.
I'm still waiting for any of my personal favorite modern-day artists (Enya, Laurie Anderson, and others) to put out something even remotely as comprehensive as this set. There were rumors that an updated edition would come out around the time of Bush's comeback album Aerial (thus incorporating The Red Shoes and Aerial), but sadly nothing came of it. EDIT: Obviously I wrote this back in 2014; in 2018 such an expanded version did come out.
