 With a nod to kab2112, some more scans added.
I bought my copy at a record fair a while ago, and, i honestly thought there was no OBI, but, pleasantly suprised on looking in the artwork to find both the OBI and lyric fold-out (happy:).
Looking at the colour of the green on my copy though, it looks like it might be sun faded (on the front cover/OBI, the back of the booklet and the rear tray artwork matches the green on kab2112's scans) the correct green for the front is on kab2112's scans i think.
(i've also put in a request to change the date to 21st Dec 1988, as kei masaru has commented, as that's what's on the back.)
(This is the first Japanese release of Pet Sounds)

At lower left,under the barcode,release date is written as「R・12・21」.
