MoreFloyd 9th Nov 2018		Once again thanks for your detective work! Have requested that the release date be changed to "July 1993".



PhilMH 8th Nov 2018		Hi MoreFloyd, 19th July was the publication date of Platterlog - it was a Monday, which was the most common new release day back then, but, according to Platterlog's former publisher David Kent, Monday wasn't standardised like Friday is now, so it wasn't a hard and fast rule; a recent comment in a Discogs forum (from a user whose label was once distributed by Festival Mushroom) indicated that Festival Mushroom used to release at the end of the week in order to get the weekend sales, so this was probably released on the Thursday or Friday before the 19th. Just go with July to be on the safe side.



MoreFloyd 8th Nov 2018		Thanks for the input PhilMH. Is the 19th of July, 1993 the actual release date for this entry or the publication date of the Platterlog document? If so would asking for the date to be changed to July 1993 be close enough?
