The 2nd image on this page says Distributed by Columbia House. The last image is the CD. It says Distributed by Warner Music Canada, and the regular not club cat# is on it. The 3rd image on this page is presumably page 2 of the booklet. Printed on it is the cat# of the regular release, which is linked at the bottom of this page. Sadly, the spines do not appear here and they would likely confirm this as the club edition.

Just added a disc image with the same cat# CD 54718, same parent company: Warner, the same manufacturer: CINRAM: from the same country. It just doesn't say Risque Disque. I'm feeling lucky!
