The copy I have is a Canadian release that matches this barcode and catalog number exactly, but includes the twelfth track that was added later. Would it warrant a new entry or not?

The 2nd image on this page says Distributed by Columbia House. The last image is the CD. It says Distributed by Warner Music Canada, and the regular not club cat# is on it. The 3rd image on this page is presumably page 2 of the booklet. Printed on it is the cat# of the regular release, which is linked at the bottom of this page. Sadly, the spines do not appear here and they would likely confirm this as the club edition.
