Dr Doom SUBS 13th Oct 2024		CD Album Mike And Lal Waterson - Bright Phoebus (2017)	This CD was quickly withdrawn from the shops after a legal dispute with the original label Trailer. A deluxe edition (with 1971 demos) was also issued which hopefully someone will add at some point. It would be nice if Domino will be able to reissue this again at some point, this album deserves a wider audience

Absolutely brilliant stuff and a perfect selection of the big hits and the more obscure. Dr Doom SUBS 23rd Feb 2019		CD Album Dolly Mixture - Everything And More 1978-1984 (2010)	Review Everything you need by Dolly Mixture...And More! A really wonderfully packaged box set with a great booklet with sleevenotes by Bob Stanley and loads of archive photos. The only problem with this CD set is that they didn't make enough of them and it currently sells for over £100! I borrowed this copy but hopefully it'll be reissued at some point. Dr Doom SUBS 21st Sep 2018		CD Album Scott Walker - Any Day Now	Thanks to Reckless Records of London for the loan of this rare item. Discogs has this dated as 1999. Does anyone know if that is correct? Whatever the case this remains the closest 'Any Day Now' has come to being reissued on CD. It is widely believed that Scott Walker blocks any attempted reissues of this album, The Moviegoer and Sings Songs From His TV Series

Dr Doom SUBS 22nd Jun 2017		CD Album Various Artists - Resurrection : The Amplified Bible Of Heavenly Grooves (2001)	Review One of my favourite 'oddball' compilations. I really appreciate the effort they've made to listen through possibly 100s of boring/terrible Christian records to come up with the 16 tracks here which have that indefinable certain something. Dr Doom SUBS 4th Aug 2016		CD Album Peggy Lee - Moon Flowers: The Collection: 1952-54 (2007)	Review Now that Peggy Lee's early recordings are out of copyright there are umpteen compilation CDs. Some with artwork that would make you wince. This one thankfully has nice artwork, is well mastered and tells you where and when all the tracks are from.
