CBS isn't a U.S. label (it's the Columbia logo in the U.S.), so this is the Latin division which was Discos CBS International, CBS Discos in 1990, then Sony Discos, after Sony's takeover. Note one thing, they all share the same starting bar code sequence "03762...." Mod: Label changed.

It's a guessing game... and I originally submitted as Germany, based on all info provided in the images, but if GEMA and copyrights and the like, mean nothing at all.. it's merely then up to a moderator to simply use their own judgement to settle it once and for all. I don't know.. I may leave Country out (OR Unknown Country), especially on anything from Europe OR I will merely concentrate on submitting U.S. CD's and leave the imports for another time.

Rosendaal, The Netherlands is where the Dutch Fan Club was/is located and one's guess would be that there is some connection to the artist?
