ppint. 7th May 2021		CD Album Carly Simon - Spoiled Girl (1985)	yes, but it's a correction that was evidently sufficiently difficult or complicated to daunt the semi-divine six years ago, mm, so i thought it worth giving the simplest ppossible step-by-step pprocedure... (& composers added.)
ppint. 6th May 2021		CD Album Carly Simon - Spoiled Girl (1985)	the real track 7 was completely omitted by the original contributor: this should be corrected: it can most easily be done by opening a new track 11 and copying the title & composer of the current track 10 into it, and deleting it from track 10; copying the title & composer of the current track 9 into the now empty track 10, deleting it from 9; copying the title & composer of the current track 8 into the now empty track 9, deleting it from 8; copying the title & composer of the current track 7 into the now empty track 8, deleting it from 7; entering the omitted real track 7's data into the now empty track 7: title: "anyone but me" composers: "c. simon, a. baker, s. kimball"

ppint. 2nd May 2021		CD Album Scooter - Jumping All Over The World (2008)	the print giving the composer credits is tiny, and i'm not certain of some of the names "foreign" to me: i'll have another look-and-ckeck-through when my eyes'be recovered... edit 01:28: all composer corrections submitted. edit 23:10 8/5/2021: all but one submitted composer corrections now semi-divinely processed.

ppint. 1st May 2021		CD Album The Corrs - In Blue (Special Edition) (2000)	i've today incidentally° bought another copy of this apparently identical°° edition in keswick, cumbria, uk. in addition to the white on darkish red (i.e. reversed-out) peelable label declaring its "special edition" nature, the bonus cd, etc, it also bears 7567 92994-2 EW 851 above the barcode, above bar-code number 0 75679 29942 0 on the rear (tray inlay) and also states, on the bottom line, "made in Germany by "w" WARNER MUSIC MANUFACTURING EUROPE" (where "w" = the warner stylised w logo) immediately above three label logos for 143 records, lava and atlantic. on the red disc is also stated "Made in Germany 7567-83352-2 GEMA/BIEM LC 00121 on the blue bonus disc "Made in Germany by "w" WARNER MUSIC MANUFACTURING EUROPE LCO121 GEMA/BIEM 7567 92994-2" immediately above the three label logos. hoping someone as knows more about "cdworld" can say whether this means i should enter this as a eurppean cd album... ° - buying it meant i paid £2 less for the cds i wanted altogether, with as many more i didn't want, as those i wanted've been priced per cd and cost more in all if bought separately °° - by bar-code number etc: not yet played; booklet, rear inlay, red label do not mention a track 1.16
ppint. 29th Apr 2021		CD Album Gordon Lightfoot - If You Could Read My Mind	Quad5Point1: we're meant to list titles (etc.) as on the record, or 78, or cassette, or cd - or, failing that, as on the sleeve, front insert, tray inlay (etc.); so, although it gets automagically altered, it seems to yr hmbl srppnt. that infelicities should be noted. not least, it lets people know they've not got a variant in their hands - which detail seems significant on 45/lp/cdcat. and in some 45/lp/cd/book cat titles, publishers etc, '&' is retained unchanged - don't ask me how; mysterious are the ways...

ppint. 9th Mar 2021		CD Album Mantovani Orchestra - The Great Mantovani Orchestra (1994)	n.b. nor the cd nor the printed paper packaging state that *any* of these tracks is in fact performed by mantovani and his orchestra: annunzio paolo mantovani retired in 1975, taking the part and full scores of his arrangements with him. he died in 1980, at the age of 74. he recorded (with his orchestra) solely for the uk decca record label, whose recordings were released on the london label in the usa. the uk decca group of labels was later taken over by the phonogram group.
