RPFiller 8th Aug 2014 | | CD AlbumLinda Ronstadt - Feels Like Home (1995) | Tracks 3, 4, 5, 6 and 10 were also included on the "Trio II" album with Dolly Parton and Emmylou Harris released four years later.
The versions included here feature nearly identical (if not the exact same) tracks as the subsequent "Trio" versions. Emmylou Harris is featured on each of these tracks featured here with the exception of "High Sierra."
It is suspected that these tracks included here were being worked on for the "Trio II" album but due to record label conflicts, Ronstadt included them on her album instead. Once the Parton / Harris / Ronstadt follow-up was cleared for release, these songs were finished with Dolly's participation.
