(Otherwise people will start following the principle of making entries with who they think is on a track, rather than who's listed... could get messy, and that's why we have that particular guideline :) ...But you've mentioned the other contributing artists in notes, which I think is enough.
Magic Marmalade 26th Feb 2021		CD Single The NPG - Get Wild (Single Mix) (1995)	Yes, it would be easier, but unfortunately, that would not be correct... ...Firstly, according to site guidelines, which wants to have entries based on where they where sold / available as opposed to manufacture, And secondly, even going by manufacture proves (especially in CD worlds) a false sense of simplicity, which would only end up causing more confusion (as if there wasn't enough already! :) , as modern practice in CDs means many CDs were assembled from parts made all over for sale in a country / area which may not even include the places of manufacture. Additionally, you will often find that a specific German release ran alongside a release intended for the wider European market, but was not intended for them... So you'd end up with two different "German" releases of the same single, one which was available in the wider European market, and the other only in Germany. The same is true, by and large, of other countries too, according to their European status, the success of the particular single beyond the native shores, the notoriety of the artist, or a formulation of all of these... and all of which may change over time, as their status changed. It doesn't seem to make sense, because, mostly there isn't, or wasn't any central sense or logic, but different systems and logics running parallel with each other. The murky world of internationalism in commerce and politics.... don't you just love it?!! :) (This is why there's a lot of duplicates on discogs... their different contributors are using both methods: By country of manufacture, and of release) We're trying (to quote Darth Vader) to "Bring order to the Galaxy!" but reckoning these things out according to the misty, out of focus truth of real world releases in markets... Where you and I could have expected to have found the items originally. A fact, that going by manufacture, would obscure these facts in history. ( I forgot to tend the other listing, which will be merged with this one...sorry! :)

Magic Marmalade 25th Feb 2021		CD Single Prince - The Most Beautiful Girl In The World (1994)	Actually, looking closer, I can see original submitter has gone by the sticker for the cat number, not the printed artwork number... ...So my conclusion is that either this was a "make do and mend" job for export to Australia, or how it was issued there, using an existing German / European issue with the sticker a cheap way of making an "Australian" issue. If so, and it exists in the discography already as a German / Europe issue identical to this, if this is how Australians would have bought this, then I'll leave this here as is, but make reference to it in notes. (If it doesn't already exists as the standalone German / European (<Favour this last one), then it can be re-entered under this new national designation)

The only other thing is the catalogue number... I can't see where the "DPRO-" prefix comes from, as I see only numbers on disc and cover (My eyes ain't what they used to be!)

Magic Marmalade 27th Jan 2021		CD Single Damien Rice - Delicate (2003)	I think the label is right for this, as per site guidelines, as although there is no mention of 14th floor on this item, the cat numbering system (as well as the artist concerned) are consistent with that label... ...This being so, we can only go by what we know (on the item itself), which in this case, appears to be an HMV in store sampler, made by14th Floor, and using their factory and numbering system, for HMV to use / issue under their branding. ...All it says is HMV, so HMV it is! ((I've also taken the opportunity to group all 14th Floor label national variants for both CD singles, and CD albums :))

Each entry is sculpture made by many hands, to whatever degree each contributor can contribute... ... You whack the clay up, form a general shape, and then perhaps someone else smoothes the edges, another carves the detail, and maybe one more paints it up... ... And if that don't satisfy, we can knock it about some more until it does :) (Not many will have noticed these details anyway... Clearly not even the record label who issued it!)

I'm surprised there's no legal action taken against either the band or the record company over it, if it effectively destroys your computer... and if there's a few still knocking about out there in the wild... (which I will now try and hunt down in it's natural habitat of the charity shop or boot fair, once we're sufficiently de-Covid-ed :) ... I think they probably need a computer health warning sticker slapped on them when found. Is it possible, though, being as this was released in 97 (Windows 95?), that the effect on modern operating systems will be minimal, and sufficiently moved past this - updates in virus scans etc.? Perhaps Henry, you could oblige us in being a Guinea pig, by popping it into your computer and reporting your findings - take one for the team? : D (Only joking... find someone you don't like very much, and give it to them as a "gift"! :)
