That is exactly as it appears within the fold-out cover, a booklet smaller than the inside flap it is attached (Stuck) to, it is not removable without destroying it.

This should probably have been placed under Europe, the rights society is BIEM/MCPS
Sinkronizer 21st May 2023		CD Single Freddie Mercury - In My Defence (1992)	My copy of this mistakenly came in the dual case of CDRS 6331 This was an annoying gimmick issuing a single CD in a dual case as the original had its own case anyway. Why would anyone remove it from its original case to store it in another?

Sinkronizer 20th Aug 2018		CD Single Cappella - U Got 2 Know (À La Carte Paris Mix Edit) (1993)	This is one of almost two hundred CDs made at PDO Blackburn that I have in my collection suffer from that dreaded "disc bronzing" fatigue. however this is also one of only two of those discs that is now totally unplayable, the rest I ripped to FLAC in case they also become unplayable, generally most of these discs still sound fine some 25 years latter but ripping them will likely require a 'no error reporting' method so they don't get rejected.

Sinkronizer 22nd Aug 2015		CD Single Gabrielle - Dreams (7" Version) (1993)	This was initially available in the UK as a digi-pak with identical cat. numbers and barcode, the disc which was "Made in U.K. by PDO" consequently suffers from that fateful bronzing fatigue. The slimline jewel case version shown here is possibly a latter issue replacing the defective discs.

(1993)	I believe the Five Live could be the performers in the pictures as there are 6 tracks on the US "Five Live" CD adding "Dear Friends" to the list. however Killer & Papa Was A Rolling Stone are listed as separate tracks and possibly separated only by an index point.
