This disc, for example, has the French SACEM copyright designation. We decided that putting them under a general 'Europe' heading would create fewer problems.

I've changed this to plain 'CD Single' - there is a 'CDR' option in the drop-down, but only 'CDR Promo', which doesn't quite fit this one.

Many UK releases were manufactured/printed elsewhere from the 80s onwards (vinyl singles - 7" & 12" - were often pressed in France or, latterly, the Czech Republic, for example). The fact that the disc and sleeve bear a UK cat# would indicate that the UK was the country of release.
