@Neil Forbes. Hi. I just watched a Borrowed VHS of this and that was Pure Black N white all the way through. The only thing was, The ghosts are very hard to See Properly. Other than that It was the same film. If You are to look for this I would get the DVD and not that VHS copy. It Is available In the US on E-Bay. H.

Yellow Submarine (1968) (1968)
Like the Lion King. The worst thing about the DVD and Blu-Ray (You would think they would have Fix It for that) all channels are Pumped up to 11. It destroys the whole cinematic feel of the movie. They don't even offer the Original Stereo track. H.

The Beguiled (1971) (1971)
There's another film simpler to this. It Is set In WW2 a Group of American Soldiers are ether lost or on patrol as the Film starts with them walking over fields and then they go through a Wood or Forest. And they come across a Farm. In the farm Is I think a Governess Her teachers and a group of Young girls In there Charge. At first everything Is going along Smoothly them adding Protection when a German Infantry passes. Then Like (Beguiled) the loneliness of War sets In. They Kill the Officer and set about the Girls. In one scene a Soldier drags one of the Girls Into the barn. Rips Her top open slaps Her face pushes Her down (It's all Suggestive You don't see anything) The Second He Finishes She pulls out a Knife and chops It Off He pushes Her to the ground and smashes Her head It with the Rifle Butt. Then there Is one of the Soldiers In a Wine Barrel full of water like a outside Bath with two of the girls In with Him and one of the Older Women shoots Him. Cannot remember anymore It was one of the first Films of a double bill but they Changed the First one on the Second showing If Anyone can give Me a title that would be Great. H.
