YankeeDisc SUBS ● 27th Dec 2019		*Jigsaw 1962 film* ....miss this at your peril, an intelligent who-done-it mystery set in and around the seaside resort of Brighton, East Sussex, and environs in 1962, before those pesky Mods (and others) claimed the town as their go-to destination on every Bank Holiday...... Sure Jack Warner (24 October 1895 – 24 May 1981) is way too old to be playing a Detective Inspector, at age 67 (haven't they heard in Brighton that you can draw your contributory Police pension at age 50, provided you've got 30 years service in). The delivery person who delivers the groceries steals the scenes he's in, I'm sure the copper wanted to give him 'a good slap', but that aside, a thoroughly enjoyable romp in monochrome.
