OldMod67 12th Feb 2017		Live Music Paul Weller @ Poole Arts Centre (1992)	Nice typo with your name! I've got a lovely ornate Royal Albert Hall one, where my name was obviously misheard too! Aside from my wife, I also attended this with a mate who went to the Beat Surrender gig at the same venue 10 years earlier, Nice to hear Man In The Cornershop....GJ

OldMod67 12th Feb 2017		Live Music Paul Weller @ Bournemouth International Centre (1997)	After seeing him on the 'last' date of a 15 date tour supporting Heavy Soul in Poole (31/7/97) this was sort of Heavy Soul pt 2. Kicking off with The Changingman and the encore was Heavy Soul.
OldMod67 11th Apr 2016		Live Music The Ramones @ Poole Arts Centre (1986)	Got comp tickets from their label rep for me and my mate Paul. We were in the bar and went into the hall when we heard (if I recall correctly) Hurricane - which they repeated later or 'those who missed it in the bar'. Someone shouted for Stairway To Heaven, more than once, prompting Graham Day to start playing it (briefly) The only time I saw them live, I really enjoyed it as I'd been a fan for a few years. We only stayed for a couple of Ramones songs (if that) and spotted The Prisoners at the bar on the way out. I decided not to bug them but a guy I knew from the local record shop did - and got his Last Fourfathers signed (which he then flogged to me, the sucker I am, even though I'd bought it on release) Looking back I wish I'd bugged them.....Also picked up the pink vinyl issue of Taste Of Pink whilst at the gig; I'd had the black vinyl copy for a few years, so that one remains unplayed.
