 First big abroad Festival experience as a young french music lover : naive at a point that me and my buddy wondered why these stupid englishmen were throwing huge jerrycans plenty of beer in the air....before being surprised by the warmth of the liquid...;-)) Slade kicked ass ; BOC unfortunately were the disapppointment of the day (albert left the group the day before and sound seems to have been destroyed by AC/CD soundtech !!! Whitesnake were at their almost peak (83' will be their zenith IMO).
