| | Yes, those old 60's package shows - usually twice nightly too - crammed a lot into them so some acts were lucky to have enough time to perform 2 or 3 songs... maybe thats why they were so short back then! I think when the famous 1967 tour with Jimi Hendrix, The Move, Amen Corner and Pink Floyd came along, Floyd had something like a 17 minute spot... which didn't go down too well with the pop punters since they tended to play long versions of "Interstellar Overdrive"! |
