Bunny Wailer - Blackheart Man		The sleeve and label shown are for a 1980's repress. Sonic Sounds credits....
Around the 4th or 5th pressing...
First press – BL 001 A/B – carried a 127 King Street Address.
The second press carried the same matrix but with a ‘Talent Corp’ distribution credit
The third press carried the same credit but with a BW 3263 A/B matrix.
All in JA made copy of the Island gatefold sleeve.

Laurel Aitken - Prisoners Song / They Got It		'They Got It' refers to Ghana's Independence - which was on March 6th 1957.

Lord Canary - Me Clarinet / Calypso Ann		I have an earlier 78 on Vee-Jays Special from 1958. Has a Made in England credit that means manufactured in the UK for Sale in 'British Guiana'. Many early JA 78's were manufactured in the UK - ah the power of Colonialism.
