Washboard Joe And His Scrubbers - Open Up Your Heart (And Let The Sunshine In) / Big Ben's Banjo Band		When I was much, much younger, I clearly remember an episode of The Flintstones in which Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm were singing a song with the lyrics going "Open up your heart and let the sun shine in..." This release caught my eye yesterday while skimming through the Parlophone releases of the mid to late '50s.. and I'm thinking.. nahh, it couldn't be..

Then I see the song was written in 1954 by Stewart Hamblen.. yeah, could be.. wouldn't you know it.. Hanna-Barbera Productions released a 45 rpm single in 1965... Cat # HBR 449.

So, is this a skiffle group? That would be my first question.. and secondly, was this a production of the legendary George Martin?
