RichardP SUBS 27th Mar 2023		CD Album Various Artists - Harlem Holiday	Track 5 is credited to "The Pretenders", however. I think that is incorrect. I believe the correct artist is "The Persuaders", the same as on track 12. The Persuaders only listed release is Winley 235 ( https://www.45cat.com/record/nc002466us ) which is "What Could It Be?" b/w "Tears" (which are tracks 5 & 12 on this album). So far, I have not been able to find evidence that any group called The Pretenders recorded a song called "What Could It Be" other than this album and other online references to it. Note that this release gives no info other than group name and song title. Unfortunately the YouTube video that played Winley 235 is no longer available, so I can't say for sure my supposition is correct. Obviously, there could be a previously-unreleased song "What Could It Be" by The Pretenders. It would be great if someone who has the Winley disc could either confirm or refute my conclusion.
RichardP SUBS 31st Jul 2021		CD Album Miles Davis And Charlie Parker - Don't Blame Me	Despite the printed credit on the back tray card, the track 2 song obviously is not "Don't Blame Me" by Noddy Holder and Jim Lea (of Slade), but instead the often-recorded "Don't Blame Me" by Jimmy McHugh and Dorothy Fields.
