Various Artists - SA Gold		Singer Lauren Copley - regarded in the 1970s as one of South Africa’s best female recording artists by British record producer and songwriter Terry Dempsey - had several of her hits featured on compilation albums, including this one.

Two of her hits, 'Kentucky Blues' and 'It's too late now', were awarded Gold Disc status.

UPDATE: Great news is that Lauren is due to release a new CD in April 2015 - her first album in 40 years! It will feature 14 tracks, including re-recordings of her two hits.

[no artist listed] - Springbok Hit Parade 13		Lauren Copley originally recorded Daydreamer, which was released both as a single and on her album entitled Magic. It was subsequently heard and recorded by David Cassidy, who had a huge hit with it.

[no artist listed] - 14 New Springbok Hits		Not everyone knows that South African singer Lauren Copley first recorded Daydreamer by Terry Dempsey. It was used as a demo for David Cassidy, who subsequently had a huge international hit with the song.

Was always one of my favourites!

I'm releasing a new CD - my first album in 40 years, due to be launched in April 2015.

What's exciting is that two of my hits, included on these Springbok Hits, have been re-recorded by Mike Pilot, the person who originally produced all these albums...cool hey?
