Had to sacrifice my vinyl many years ago...financially and geographically impossible to replace...but I sure do miss it

Various Artists - Everything Old Is New		Review
Ambient Sound was a great concept...I'd heard David JoHansen play "Doreen Is Never Boring" on (probably) WLIR-FM, and being a Ramones and doo-wop fan, had to get it...this was the first Ambient Sound album I picked up, and it's still, packaging aside, as great a sampler of some classic groups trying contemporary sounds as you're likely to find

Various Artists - Original Hits Volume 1		One of the first albums I ever owned (okay, so I was a child and my parents got it for me)...but many of the cuts on it I heard for the first time but love to this day
