Wkcats 10th Aug 2023		Live Music J. Geils Band @ Academy of Music	first I think you have the wrong date. I think it was may 5 1973 and I was at the late show with my friend. I had never heard of peter Frampton or tranquility but after their performance. I was a fan. I bought Frampton's first solo a few days later and tranquilities. a short time after.j.geills came on very late and outdid all the groups. I remember peter wolf singing do you want to dance and stopped. Waited a few seconds and said Well if you do why the fuck are you sitting there. Everybody got up off their seats and never sat down again. Of all the shows I have gone to that makes my top 3 shows.it was an unbelievable show that I could never forget. Every group was fantastic. I think I got home about 5 in the morning.
