I can spot a 60s 7" repro a mile away, so I suppose a 78 collector could easily spot these as being repros too.

Actually, they would not make it to 45worlds78 RPM. These were "10-inch 45-RPM Replicas of Original Vocalion Records", see Robert Johnson - The Complete Original Masters - Centennial Edition.
